Pranav Foundation was started in 2003 by Mr. A.B. Satish. Within twenty-one years, the firm has grown to establish itself as one of the pioneers in the construction sector, completing over 4,50,000 sq. ft. of built-up area, ranging from residential apartments, individual houses, commercial complexes, schools, auditoriums, and industrial buildings.

The linchpin of the firm is Mr. A.B. Satish, who serves as the "Managing Partner". He began his career with M/s. Nelson Investments (P) Ltd., Builders & Flat Promoters, a company instrumental in promoting landmark properties such as Nelson Towers and Nelson Court on Nelson Manickam Road, along with several other multi-storied structures and "Partner of NSR Associates Construction Company".
Naturally, we adhere to CMDA regulations and ensure our buildings are Vaastu-compliant. We take pride in our unwavering commitment to developing our structures precisely to our customers' visions of their dream properties.
